Once the digital form is submitted, public administrators process complete applications in a few simple steps guided by the Appian app, including document identification and verification, pass creation and delivery.

“The project started with a single application, but we extended the scope to other areas in just a few months. The technical managers of the Municipality of Milan were impressed by the speed of delivery of the solution on the platform Appian Low-Code and have become internal champions,” said Ivan Epicarmo Sessa, IT Strategy and Governance Competency Center Manager at Intellera Consulting. “Appian is an important technology within the application portfolio that allows a new leap forward and more agility to continue on the path of digitalization of the Municipality.”
